How she works

Tejal opens every address she writes about from an ordinary Indian connection, on a phone first and a laptop second, and writes down what the screen actually says rather than what a help page claims it says. When a bookmaker's page will not open, that becomes the subject instead of a gap. She does not sign up through links in her own guides, and she does not publish codes, mirrors or "working links".

Before this guide she spent several years on customer-support desks for consumer apps, answering the same three questions every day: "I can't log in", "the OTP didn't come" and "where is my money". Most of what is on these pages is the long version of those answers.
